Positive: La casa muy bonita y cómoda, los anfitriones muy amables ,nos dejaron entrar antes del check in ya que veníamos al concierto de BTS y teníamos que arreglarnos, en general todo muy bien ,me volvería a quedar en ésta casa.
Negative: Solo que el patio trasero y delantero están un poco descuidados pero no afecta en la estancia.

Finally, my stay is over!
Positive: Location was OK.
Negative: We arrived 2 hours after our expected arrival time. Keypad for door was impossible to use. After 10 minutes, I called Fernando, the manager, whose name and number were on the e-mails we received from Booking.com. (No answer, no messages because his mailbox was full). Then the cleaning crew showed up.....what? They said sorry scheduling error, the unit is not cleaned yet. Then the cleaning crew could not make the keypad work. After about 15 minutes, cleaning crew got door open. We sit in our vehicle waiting. I call Fernando again, same no answer, no msgs. I send text message. Then a lady telephones, many apologies, clearly wanted to fix problem. We negotiated a cost reduction and she agreed and sent reduction to me via Venmo. After further waiting, cleaning crew finished and we went in. Appearance of Unit: Garbage can in front yard, weeds and trash in front yard. Back yard had MANY weeds and hadn't been tended in weeks. Faucet in 2nd bathroom worked but not attached to sink properly, it leaned 45 degrees. Doors in front of washer/dryer had been removed....loud. Venetian blinds on back door were trashed and broken....looked terrible. On the day we left, I texted the lady manager to tell her we were out of the unit. Got a message that my text was undeliverable. Communication in case of a problem was clearly set up to not get phone calls or texts. Only communication was when the lady CALLED US, not when we called her. This unit is below the standards that we expect from Booking.com!!
